I’m probably just as clueless as you bud. When I see it on tv do I know what’s going on? Hell no! But I can tell you this, I attended Molson Indy years ago in Toronto. The vibe is incredible when you see it in person. Still had no idea what was going on, to me I just see it as a race. And in regards to your other question, I’d say Black Eyed Peas. Simply because I’m not familiar with the other group.

Wow, so lucky! How nice of your Singaporean hosts to shout you the tickets! Ive been to three F1's in Singapore and that's the muddiest I've ever seen the Padang. One thing for sure with F1 there, if you're not into the cars, the entertainment is usually pretty good!

Hi Nick, glad that you're joining the hype!! Actually as a general admission ticket holder, there are some viewing platform stands around the track where you can see the track and the cars closer compared to what shown at 7:48. It's similar with the grandstand, only it has no reserved spot, and usually people already in those platforms few hours before the race day to ensure they have a good spot to watch the action. so lucky to be able to score a ticket there Nick. i think the cheapest possible general admission runs for at least $3-500, and since it's the first s'pore grand prix in 3 years they're hard to come by. the race itself was surprisingly entertaining this year. usually sg are pretty boring since it's hard to overtake but this year it has em all, rain, crashes, multiple safety cars, last lap overtakes. and of course sg grand prix always have great entertainment even if you're not really into F1

I happen to have a chance to watch Singapore F1 too back in 2011. I won an online quiz/competition back then so lucky me! And also lucky for you to have the chance to watch it this year! i'm not an F1 fan also, so I just enjoyed the atmosphere, all the festivities, and of course the buzzing sounds of the racing car machine. That was unforgetable. The concert back then presented Linkin Park and Shaggy (I think).

wow i did not saw you at the circuit park. tip there is actually stands inside inside of the circuit park which you will be able to enter the stands like mine zone 4 walkabout, leave the concert about 30-45 min because when i was at the stand people started to swarm in around 15-20 min bfr the qualifying and the distance of you to the car is 10-15meter from the car i believe this applies to all other standing stands too. And same as you i do not know who was westlife feel bad as i was quite close to the stage other fans need to sit outside of the barrier as the security closed it.

First of all, Westlife is an Irish band. can't exactly say they flopped in America. Back then in early 2000s, music was heavily reliant on radio. Radio is the most important media to spread music, and then the US decided not to play their music because they were too many boy bands in the radio (Backstreet boys, NSYNC, NKOTB, etc). So they ended up never heard throughout America One Direction was a British band and was popular through social media. It was 2010s, radio was not the most important media to spread music anymore so they can still spread their music So they flopped in America because they couldn't break the radio barrier. If there was a social media in their age, they would've been as successful as One Direction or even bigger
