I'm 58 years old and I got to wrestle with Ben Pearson when he coached at Maranatha Bible College here in Watertown Wisconsin. I placed in the state in my senior year I give the credit to Ben Peterson and his teachings

Wish I was wrestling at that age at all. I would probably hate it but it is an amazing sport and is hella good against bullies!

You speak the truth. I want to see more action on the mat rather than the riding time, which they give bonuses for at the collegiate level. My input is if your riding more than a minute you should be penalized.
@kallepikku49912 жыл бұрын
Not really. Riding time is all about dominant control. It's fundamental part of fighting, hence wrestling.

It's so fast. I can't see the moves.
@jkherold635 жыл бұрын
Should break it down into steps first. Once you are able to put the steps together to complete the move In one smooth motion (with proper technique) then work on speed. All the speed in the world does not make up for poor technique.

My bottom game is horrible I usually just stall until I can end the round or capitalize on a mistake

Gotta slow that down a lot to be able to see what's going on. Just looks like flopping around on this video
