Thank you: Australian here. Today I had my daughter’s father contact me for the first time since I was pregnant 5 years ago. He saw us at an event we went to over the weekend (I didn’t see him). He wants to meet, but after what he put me through from walking away all those years ago, I said no and explained my reasons. He didn’t apologise for his actions, just tried to guilt me into a meet up, so complete lack of accountability on his part. I had recently closed myself off from love, and met a guy out of the blue 2 days ago that I hit it off with right away. So even if not him, then universe is reminding me of how lovely it can be when you meet a good one. So I’m open to love, but not holding my breath on it. I don't know no other way , but I have longed for a change as far back as I can remember. Letting go to change this has been a steep mountain. I was exactly the same yesterday, felt like crying and couldn't and I watched a completely different video which recommended a song that I had never heard of. I don't know why I followed their advice - might have been a 'nudge'. I started watching it on youtube and cried within 30 seconds and it was such a relief. I never usually feel better after crying, I usually have a headache - not this time. The song was called 'Nothing Else by Cody Carnes'. You never know it may help and if it doesn't then you spent a few minutes listening to a beautiful song which is no bad thing in this world of madness/badness. Love and light to you and hope you feel better soon - you are not alone.

Contracts exchanged on my late mums house on Friday. Should have been a day of reflection on the past but optimism towards the future (we are using our share to buy our own home) but the day was marred by my brother having to have a dig-he’s a difficult person. I have to get though till completion but know he cannot be an everyday part of my life moving forwards. I made my feelings towards his comments clear but he takes pleasure from goading. We (my wife and and son) have so much happiness and more to come. I’ve tried for many years with my brother bit it’s time to let go of something that does not bring light into my life.
