100% accurate. Just finished a book on trauma and discovered why I sabotage relationships. All goes back to early childhood trauma. This confirms that I need to be mindful in my relationships and gentle with myself.

It's takes 2 , always, be sure and acknowledge it's never one person's fault. Be mindful of triggers. Ultimately, it comes down to whether that person was healthy for you. If they were triggering childhood trauma, with no regard to how they made you feel, then you didnt sabotage it. You might want to look into the topic of Limmerence and codependency too. Gabor Mate, Brene Brown, Tara Brach are all good resources for this type of background. Think of it as your nervous system being like "this feels like home" (and therefore that person is ultimately unhealthy for you- if home was dysfunctional/unhealthy). 🙏❤❤❤❤

Indeed, this way of thinking made me take everything personally. As a Scorpio, I have noticed throughout my journey that I often have trouble trusting others, but I can also feel too easily rejected. This makes me overthink things and leads to emotional instability and sabotage myself . Today, I have come out of a toxic relationship with a Taurus; my ex partner was very belittling and emotionally unavailable. However, after a period of intense but healing pain, I am gradually learning not only to trust myself more and therefore not to function as I did before, but also to take things as they come and live more in the present moment and in peace . Indeed, I see the relationships that come into my life today as training to see if my new way of functioning is well in place and if I can overcome this pattern. Sometimes I feel like I’m looking over my shoulder and not necessarily recognizing the person I was six months ago. Even though it's still a process, I feel much more grounded and confident. This was 100% accurate. I always feel like my mind is everywhere as a Scorpio, but especially recently it’s been worse. I usually feel this way with newer connections and it affects me, but my person tries to talk about things gently with me. This reading is actually reversed for my situation. The OTHER person is the one overthinking and taking everything I say personally as a slight to him. He got SO upset when I decided to not attend a party we were both invited to. I told him I did not feel up to it, but that he should still go. Now he's telling me he knows what I'm thinking but not saying. Very insecure and makes it so I feel I have to walk on egg shells in case I inadvertently upset him again.
