Months ago i moved to duluth mn for new fresh start. Ive healed my shadow self. Ive escaped my addiction, recently released a 5yr situation of lust. I commented recently that I sense I was evolving into my Phoenix paradigm. I’m not religious anymore but grew up in a devoutly Catholic home. So lately I’ve been going to church as a place of solace as my best friend transitioned recently. At Mass this father, the priest told a story about the San Francisco city flag, which actually has the symbol of the Phoenix rising out of the ashes. Awwww.... The Deer of Delta....self care-love and protect yourself, and love and protection of others is what comes to me. This is so fitting for me, after my night Sat night. I went dancing (house music, my fave) and I was right up by the DJ, as always. lol The place was incredibly small, so everyone was real tight w/space. I talked and grooved w/several people and some have seen me at other parties...yea, shining bright. This girl came up next to me and she had a pure heart, and we hit it off. We saved each other's space and watched ea other's jackets/purses we set on the floor even. This guy came up from behind her and wrapped his arms around her, touching her in all ways that was not respectful. She let it happen, although looked at me, and said YUCK and no. I let her handle her business, and observed. He left after a bit. She told me she said no, and he kept on. My thoughts....yea, she needs boundaries, self love and respect for herself. He kept coming up to her and touching her, and she didn't want it, although not expressing it w/confidence and power within herself to speak and act accordingly. She wasn't happy about him coming back, although that's what they do when they are preying on something. He came back....and looked at me and smiled. I didn't like the guy, bad energy. When he came back again, I asked her if she wants to swap places w/her before he got there, so he was surprised. lol It worked for the moment. Just trying to give him a gentle message. We did that a couple of times when he tried coming back. At the end of the night, he came back, groping her more and asked her to follow him home, and she said no in a roundabout way. I asked her if she wanted to swap again and she said yes. He looked at me and smiled again. I didn't smile, and said I'm not fake, and I don't like you cause you are disrespectful. He said, that's fine cause I don't like you either. I told him that I didn't care. I stared at him the entire time sending him energy to get the eff away. He left. I asked her if she has people to walk out with, or get security cause I don't trust the guy one bit. She had friends, so I let her handle it from there. She hugged and thanked me several times. I stood in my power the entire time w/him and wasn't afraid. I've dealt w/others (including my dad) in situations like this. Now, when I left I put on my sweatshirt so my pink vest would not be visible, I made sure I walked out w/other guys. One of the guys immediately recognized me from another party and just started chatting away. So that was pretty cool. I was safe at my car and when I got home, I was a bit overwhelmed and wondered if I should have done that. I started to overthink it. I knew in my heart/soul, I was her angel that night, and to hopefully be the catalyst for both of their lessons. So, now for me to heal myself to make myself stronger.
