You CANNOT go to Republic of Ireland using a UK visit visa. It is allowed only for UK and Northern Ireland. People especially Asians do take the risk of going as there is minimal or no checks at times but if you are caught then it is the END of your trip with a black mark.Yes if you have BIVS endorsed on your UK visit visa, then yes you can visit. But BIVS visa is not automatically granted. You would have to apply it when you applied for UK visa and mentioned you are intending to travel to Ireland as well.

Welcome to the UK. I hope the weather is good while you are here. Cambridge and Oxford look very similar so its fine to skip Cambridge. When you go to bath if you have time do visit Stonehenge and a couple of villages in the cotswolds. I recommend castle combe its a very beautiful village. Also when you go to wales if time allows do visit snowdonia its extremely beautiful.

I stayed at Oxford county in 2017. It is the most beautiful county in England. If you have not visited the Natural History Museum and British Museum then you are missing something very important. Buy travellers pass which covers all the modes of transport including London tube and bus. London eye etc places in London can be covered in 2-3 days.

But in India the SUV trend is now starting. Also in reality only 10% people actually need SUVs. Rest 90% buy it without any reason. People living and driving in Delhi use Fortuner? SUV is for hills, villages and off road locations or for people who do ferrying of heavy goods/services.
