I only recently discovered Vedic astrology so I thought all my ex’s were Taurus but the one I’m with now is actually an Aries. Even makes more sense. Guess his Virgo moon grounds him. I have Taurus moon. Both our rising is in pada 4 of jyestha Nakshatra. Our relationship is very turbulent.

As a Scorpio riser. Someone who has th battle scars to prove it. i have to say that even though the negative image I have of Taurus de to the stubborn ways of the Taurus sun people. I don't know about the true Venusian Taurus riser women. Although I have noticed with Taurus sun women. They are incredibly giving sexually, I miss the softness of their skin, the lips, the hair, their smell, it's so grounding. To a Scorpio riser, who sits when not in crisis mode, thinking about the next crisis or pondering the mysteries of the universe. They really do bring you back around.

@kgstiles Hi, I just want to stress:the partners do not have to be Aquarius-opposite Asc: they can have just a planet there, like the south node or Venus, or they can have no planets there and just act aqua like. I am not sure what you mean: Aqua will never come after Virgo. If it is "the respect" factor: when I talk about the female Moon coming after the male Moon, I mean the distance between the male Moon to the woman's being shorter, not who chases who :) And it counts only for the Moons :)

I have Libra and Mars 1st house 5°&15°) but also 1° Pluto technically still 1st but in Scorpio on the cusp of 2nd (right?) With Venus conjunct Saturn at 10° &12° in Scorpio which confuses me on if it's a 2nd stellium to my 3rd house Sagittarius sun conjunct Jupiter Neptune and Uranus stellium first and foremost...and while I'm at it mercury Capricorn 13° 4th house at the other end of my bucket shape having 2° moon in Taurus 8th house (and 29° Chiron yod axis point) as the oppositional handle to the 3 houses (n node °15 Gemini 9th house putting south n in the sag stellium .....so is Scorpio a stellium in my chart also or at least of heavy influence? Technically vedic astrology lists my sun as Scorpio also.

I think the law of 'opposites attract' really works in astrological terms. I've got 3 planets in scorpio and apparently that's the ruling sign in my chart, and my two serious relationships have been with Taurus suns, right opposite my Scorp Mars (conjunct Uranus in 8th house :). I have to say there's something so attractive in the sensual steadiness and steadfastness of these guys.. as if they can take whatever I (or anyone) throw at them.. I like the way you describe Taurus men, it's spot on.

Wait, so if my moon is Taurus (which is so me), the opposite would be Scorpio. Since my asc. is Aquarius, then the opposite would be Leo...so most likely a guy with Leo or a Scorpio dominant chart would be the one I attract or I'm attracted to? Oh boy, not a good sign since I don't like people that love being dramatic.

Being that both my ascendant and my sun sign are in Scorpio. I can identify with the Scorpio interpretation better than my moon sign which is in Gemini. Fo my partner, I see more of his Sun sign and moon sign, Virgo, than his moon sun which is Cancer.

I find moon ruled families,,Sun in cancer, parents with moons in taurus or scorpio, tend to be very private and slow moving families, with major mother afflictions that they cant share with any one outside of their genepools...

having Taurus on the Descendant you will attract sweet and feminine men--as Taurus is a venus ruled sign, or you might have a planet in the 7th which is gentle or which aspects the 7th house strong so it overpowers the sign on the 7th.7th house shows what u will attract as 1st husband most likely, not necessarily what you u'd like. :)
