Make sure you get a humidifier it will help with the stuffiness. I can't sleep without one skip the salt to avoid too much Steam.

Hi i use flonase headache and allergy relief pills. It doesnt cause drowsiness or make me stay awake and works well for me for any sinus or nasal issues. I dont know if will help you but it may be worth a try. Also they have a night time one but i never tried it.
