I find it best to see the negative as well as positive if I only see the positive, I think that maybe I am being a little delusional , I say this because most things that are negative can cause change force us to change and when those changes happen they usually turn out good, it can be a little painful going through it, much like an exercise we need to exercise, physical and mental, or we will become ill and possibly die or at least not enjoy life but if we do our best ... and yes always listen to what you say even something like you drop something or hit your head and say well I am stupid or that was stupid is not a good thing it will become a habit even now 30 plus years of myself doing my best to catch my self saying such things I still do and not even notice I had a person at work ask why I was saying such things about myself and I never even noticed until she brought it up hehe, I do my best to stop and maybe laugh at myself or say oops when you say such thing you will start to believe them and maybe others will also believe them its subliminal like humming or singing a limric of a commercial you heard but didnt pay attention to hear people singing\ humming to songs a fair amount and probably not even realizing that they are ;)
