I realised a while back that I have a very small social battery. I enjoy meeting new people and always interested in what others are up to. People who meet me would describe me as outgoing and sociable but a little interaction goes a long way for me. A way I get myself back to the energy of receiving is asking what's being brought to my party? I'm clear about what my part is, lifting others with my energy but I'm over pouring until my jug's empty. I'm a human being not a human doing.
