That's a big trigger for me too. Being dismissive of waiters, taxi drivers etc. That's a horrible thing to do to people only doing their job. I look out for it now early on in relationships. I'm learning. Well done on the 7 days.

You know what's interesting Butch..your right! We all reach a "F£%# it" point w/ ppl, places, things. And Time is our greatest teacher..it shows us exactly who someone is..w/o saying a single word.. Bitter Sweet Symphony this life. One thing FOR SURE is I aint repeating a cycle w/ someone who seems like Just my ex. All I can say is..thank you for lessons the universe has shown/given me as I go live out my life on my own path.. I was destined to cross path with a certain individual-for sure, But the hurt I feel from all I have witnessed so far..out weights anything I want to be a part of. I hope this individual takes all the lessons learnt and do everything opposite they have done towards me and find someone in the future to be with..if they choose bc that person will not be me. Don't apologize. Didn't notice it. I smoked for 18 years. I quite in 1995. It is worth it. Be positive, I even did a hypnotist. I helped me get past first month. The urge never truely goes away. But, you decide what controls your life. Frankly I do, not something else.
