I can't help but have empathy for your respiratory situation. 😟 Bone broth is great for your gut, which can expedite healing, Chicken soup (made from the bones) with garlic and cayenne is also really good. Adding maybe 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt to 32 oz. water will provide electrolytes, and boost hydration. If you don't already have one, a humidifier would be helpful. (or you can come to Costa Rica, we have had 95% humidity this week)Inhaling steam with eucalyptus oil, Vit C, are also helpful. And lastly, rest. Pura Vida.
