@@Lynce222 they took the man’s whole identity of what made him so cool, and gave it to another man. If I was Ed Boon, I would’ve made bi Han sub-zero but give kuei liang his original code name, Tundra and Hanzo stays Scorpion. Old school scorpion is a cameo character as a way not to piss off the old school fans.

@@ronaldjoseph198 i was thinking that. Before the whole roster was leaked i was hoping Kuai will be Tundra with his cryomancy and another fighting style, more stoic and weapon made focused gameplay. The worst part it's maybe this gonna be the direction for the rest of franchise, not only this game but for all of them from now.

Even though Scorpion is a decent choice, I feel like he's had substantial character growth in the game already. Same for Johnny Cage and Kenshi. Jerrod would probably stick close to his daughters for fear of losing them, and Shao and Reiko are too untrustworthy to fight alongside Liu Kang. Same for Shang Tsung or Quan Chi. Even if you can make it happen. The only characters I can see fighting alongside him are either Kung Lao or Raiden. They're both his students and closest friends. They would do better as their moves and fighting styles would mesh together perfectly with his.
