If ..I'm not mistaken, I belief R. Schenker does the lead break here. Later stating there were two different solo versions. I bought this in 1982, had Tokyo tapes, animal magnetism, lovedrive etc prior. I actually didn't care for this album back in the day, even tried to return it to the record shop by intentionally placing a deep scratch on the disc lol. So, I gave it to a friend , focusing more on my other new buys. Maiden, number of the beast. Priest..screaming for V. The good ole days of never ending great bands/music. I still (today) prefer those two over blackout.
@bradgeffers10809 ай бұрын
Your correct on both. I’ve heard both versions and it’s really no difference except one small part. Your the absolutely first person I’ve heard that doesn’t care for this album while many believe this to be there best. Never got to see Maiden which is BIG disappointment. Priest is another band that is tight onstage.

Sometimes it seems the good times never will return A lot has changed, babe 'Cause evil rules the world You said you're looking for a place where there's no hate Oh, babe, it really makes no sense to escape How long will it take to make the world a flaming star How long will it take 'til they stop their senseless wars How long will it take 'til everybody will understand That we need to fill our hearts with love again The only future we've got exists right now Let's take the time, babe As long as the world is turning 'round How long will it take to make the earth a fireball How long will it take 'til no more life exists at all How long will it take 'til everybody will understand That we need, that we need to fill our hearts with love again It's up to you to fight the evil in your mind It's up to you the more love you give, the more you'll find The more love you give, the more you'll find It's up to you to fight the evil in your mind It's up to you the more love you give, the more you'll find The more love you give, the more you'll find Don't make the world a flaming star Stop, stop with all these senseless wars How long will it take 'til everybody will understand That we need, that we need to fill our hearts with love again
