Oh it is lethal, the only reason why Sammy lived is because there was an anti-venom. Also it’s opponent would have already been exhausted from the fight, to ward off poison, if possible, a creature would require a lot of energy and while some creatures are immune to certain toxins, others, like this baryonyx, are not
