It is stated that due to Owen's research and 'training' of the raptors it brought out certain genes that would aid in the raptors 'listening' to Owen. When they made the Indoraptor, they took those genes and implemented them into the Indoraptor specifically so it would go after the red dot when it is pointed at someone. If the raptor hadn't been made with being used as a weapon of war in mind, they might have forgone that gene and that Indoraptor would have defiantly killed Blue, Owen, Claire, and Maisy. It was just too bad for the Indoraptor.

I think the main difference between the two is that when Wu designed Scorpio he was a first try. Hence hid genetic issues. The Scorpio was designed to be vicious just like Indo Rex, but he came out as a thing that will do anything to kill anything. The Indoraptor is however the perfect hybrid and was made to be a tactical weapon. Both are addicted to killing, however, one just kills without thinking and the other uses smart ways that would benefit him when killing.

No dude. Yes, it was a prototype, but it was only lacking one thing to be complete. Compassion. That is why they needed Blue's DNA specifically because of her ability to understand human behaviour/Compassion to one another. Ripper doesn't have that, as well as being tortured and raised like shit, leading to a bloodthirsty psychopath. So in essence, Ripper is probably better than the final product due to him lacking self control, and experience with torture. Thus, leading Ripper to actually being the stronger version of the species. And being a better match for the Scorpios.

I think you may be overestimating the Scorpius Rex. The feat of taking down a Brachiosaurus could have also entirely be due to the poisonous quills on it's back that it is capable launching. It was shown how effective the quills are at knocking out people and dinos throughout it's season of the animated series.

@Anuttara_XD no dude. It's only lacking trait is it's empathy. Qu wanted the Indoraptor to be a creature of command, like a dog or in this case, Veliciraptor. The reason why they needed Blue's DNA was to give it empathy skills. But due to his lack of socialising his whole life, due to his shitty/tortuous upbringing, it lead him to becoming an extremely intelligent, and serial kills like Dinosaur. In a fight, Ripper, the prototype Indoraptor would be better than a full Indoraptor.

I never tought Scorpius's skull had problems to bite , and I tought that the short skull was because of abelisaurid DNA . And , I tought too that the Scorpius had more powerful bite than the indo , because of it's short and tall skull , wich would mean one stronger bite . We can see it in nature . Postosuchus had this type of head , and one powerful bite . Actually there is just one error in video , but that don't change the results : the indoraptor pullet proof . Actually , Owen shooted him with a assault rifle caliber 5.56 , one weak caliber . So , reminding of it's reptile scales , obviously it would be weak bullet proof . And one of the shoots aparently damaged him , because just 2 of the 3 bullets fell . Another thing is that Indoraptor have mind issues too ( confirmed by production of movie ) . That's all . It was clear from the begginig that the Indoraptor would win. However something that you forgot is that both of them share the same genomes. that be T-Rex, Carnotaurs and Raptor DNA, so the Indoraptor would try and communicate with the Scorpios. Don't forget, though aggressive and unpredictable, Scorpios Rex can communicate with other creatures with the same DNA as her. Also at 21:45 you gave a bad example, it was obvious that Sami would survive that cause it's a kids show. In reality Sami should've died within 2-3 minutes because she smaller than the Scorpios itself.

I don't think the ability to communicate would have any positive influence on the scorpius rex, since it killed or tried to kill everything in its path, even its own sibling. If anything, the indoraptor would use this opportunity to trick it and probably kill it quicker than already stated. The Scorpius Rex is just way to mentally unstable.

Since both of these were considered prototypes, if they tweaked their DNA just a tad, maybe stabilize the mental state of Scorpius rex and make Indoraptor not a complete puppet to a lazer pointer and a specific sound frequency, then they would both be the most dangerous test tube Dino-chimeras ever created. And picking which one would beat the other would probably come down to the intelligence of one over the other. The Indoraptor still seems to be able to trick its opponents/prey, so I say Indoraptor for the win if it can avoid those venomous quills. But the agility of Scorpius and it's ability to creep up on its targets almost undetected could give the Scorpius the upperhand if it can land the critical blows

Actually which one would beat the other is very easy. The Indoraptor uses DNA from the Indominus Rex, which was capable of camouflaging its thermal signature. Since the Scorpius Rex sees with thermal based vision, it can lower its body temperature to match ambient and blend in with the background in order to literally appear invisible to the Scorpius Rex. The box art from the movie even points out "Thermal Camouflage" as one of the Prototypes traits.

I would just like to point out that the Ouranosaurus was acting strangely due to the Scorpius Rex's presence throwing off the island ecosystem, not due to its venom. It's venom never showed any neurological effects, otherwise it would have effected Sammy differently, but the only symptoms she showed were mild hallucinations likely caused by high fever. The venom was, however, shown to have the capability of debilitating larger targets and was likely the cause of the Brochiasaurus going down. (Sammy likely got lucky and didn't get hit with a very high dose.)

Indoraptor is more than enough strong to kill few or several Scorpios Rexes. Adding with further abilities making this creature much more terrifying than a Xenomorph. With all the future upgrades than the base prototype makes Indoraptor can kill not just humans, but can do a genocide run to any species and with much heightened intelligence, not just being cruel and evil, it can act itself 'tamed' and practice 'betrayal' to any highly intelligent beings, which are mostly humans. Could even possibly understand our language and learn further from there and grow more ultimately as a bioweapon. This was very interesting to watch but i kept thinking about a few things. The first mainly being that the Indoraptor is a direct upgrade of all the other hybrids right? Why would they remove the thermal vison? I decided to do some research because I found it weird that the Indoraptor seemed to have lost more abilities than gained. My findings were quite interesting. To start I feel like you could have gone deeper into each creatures genetic makeup. The Scorpios Rex first being made from the Carnotaurus, Tyrannosaurus, Velociraptor, Tree frog and Scorpionfish. The Carnotaurus is most definitely to blame for its skull deformities. Tyrannosaurus probably is for base body shape and musculature. Velociraptor gives it the maneuverable arms, intelligence, claws and such. The tree frog is an interesting one but I believe that's how it gains or improves its exceptional pouncing abilities considering tree frogs have muscles built for jumping I.E the twitch muscles you tell us about. The most interesting find however is that by instinct Tree frogs don't like to leave the trees, could this be why the Scorpios Rex favors jumping through the trees? Tree frogs can also block UV light from their vision with special lenses/ see infrared light spectrums as well as mess with thermal imaging by regulating their own thermal output so there's the thermal cloak and thermal vision origin. Finally you have the Scorpion fish who seems to just be there for the venomous barbs as far as I can tell. Now let`s delve into the Indoraptor. At first it sounds simple Indominus Rex + Velociraptor. Nothing added (Except more raptor) and Nothing cut. So the question now becomes what's the Indominus made of to help dive more into the Indoraptor? Buckle up folks because the Indoraptor would have DNA from: Tyrannosaurus rex, Double dipping Velociraptor, Carnotaurus, Giganotosaurus, Majungasaurus, Rugops, Pycnonemosaurus, Quilmesaurus, Viavenator, Therizinosaurus, Deinosuchus, Cuttlefish, Tree frog and the Pit viper. Now from the T-Rex through to the Viavenator on the list are all therapod build carnivores. These are probably all there to give the main build and appearance to both Indo specimens. If you look through them you can see certain distinct features or details that are seen on both Indos. The double dip into velociraptor is there to increase its intelligence, reduce its size and probable shift its stance to a more forward leaning one, as well as the ability to co-ordinate as a pack as is hinted as they would make strike teams of Indoraptors. Therizinosaurus gave me a big "Aaaaaah" moment as that is definitely giving them the strong forearms and strong claws. Deinosuchus is a pre-historic crocodile so that would thicken the creatures hide, improve bite force and lower the creatures stance maybe even add some underwater capability we never saw but that's just theory. Cuttlefish is of course the source of the camouflage ability allowing the Indo-Rex to shift colors around its hide to well hide. However upon reading about cuttlefish I uncovered a few more details that might shine some light on the Indos. For one they are very intelligent creatures just like octopi meaning the Velociraptor`s intelligence could've been planned but with the Cuttlefishes extra it was greater than expected and why the workers and scientists never saw the Indo`s potential. Their vision is very advanced and while not being able to see color leaves them with no blind spots and lets them tell an objects distance with ease. They also have a venomous bite and a poison in their muscle structure. The Tree Frog will just be a re-cap of the Scorpios Rex. The Pit Viper is a ambush predator with and get this infrared sensing organs, DR. Wu loves his infrared abilities clearly. This was another "Aaah" moment for me as one, they use the infrared organ and great sense of smell to locate prey with astounding accuracy but best of all the second point pit vipers are notorious for one such behaviour, you ready? KILLING. YOUNG. OF. THEIR OWN. SPECIES! This could have been the reason behind why the Indominous Rex killed its younger variant, a genetic impulse as a side effect of the pit viper DNA. Now do I think the Indoraptor has all of those abilities? No, I think the addition of extra Velociraptor DNA may have caused a trade off of some of the creatures features mainly the ability to use the cuttlefish camouflage, musculature around the jaw, maybe its thermal cloaking and size for a trade in speed, agility and intelligence. I do however thing it maintained most the rest from Scorpios and Indo-Rex. I know for a fact it maintains some infrared vision since its guided by a red laser, something that stands out in infrared light if i remember correctly. Now a question, Would a pack of Indoraptors listen to an Indomious Rex as an Alpha? Probably not but its cool to think about. As is their potential in water considering that the Deinosuchus, Cuttlefish and Tree frog have some water capabilities. Something I would like to see is a "Perfected" Hybrid. Maybe replace the Deinosuchus with a Mosasaur for example and throw in some Mud fish with the return of the Scorpion fish DNA to create a amphibious creature and bring back the venomous barbs. UP the Indominous Rex and Velociraptor balance to bring its musculature up a bit (Mosasaur would help here too). Add in the Albino gene and bring back the Cuttlefish cloaking. Use and armored dinosaur or some defensive plates along the back and boom a creature to really put fear into the hearts of man. Could call it the Omni-Rex or Omni-Raptor or simply Melior-Rex or Melior-Raptor or Meliorsaurus. If you want a really extra name MeliorIndominus-Rex, MeliorIndominus-Raptor or and this ones mainly for the lols Meliorinominusaurus. Melior being Latin for better, Indominus being I believe untameable, wild and indomitable. Thank you for reading this far! Why not strong enough? In reality Scorpios rex is insanely much stronger physically then Indoraptor. In the show Scorpios rex destroyed metal door with no problem. Here can be argument that door were very old and probably weak but that doesn;t explain why this dino destroy a WALL just by accidentaly hitting his head against it. Also Scorpio was able to ragdoll other Scorpios rex. So this means this dino is very strong. How Indoraptor compare? He couldn't damage elevator door and even small wooden door after hitting them with full force. Realistically if these two would ever fight Scorpios rex would just grab Indoraptor and completely ragdoll him around like some toy

Two things I will counter about things he talks up to the Scorpios Rex. Scorpios can take down any larger dinosaur from the poison, not a feat of strength. Also, its speed of moving around the island is hard to take down. It's because there were two of them.

Everytime there is a new dinosaur hybrid, i get so excited, be that of one of theese in the Jurrasic world franchise, or the buggy, sometimes derpy ones inside ARK: Survival Evolved, or the terrifying Horrors inside THE ISLE! Allosaurus, Ceratosaurus, Carnotaurus, Any of your abeylesaurus. Their bites are weak, Compared to Indoraptor, Trex or I.rex. There is no physical evidence to suggest that the Scorpius Rex Has a strong bite. It’s the smaller lower jaw Not to mention the ADHD syndrome it Possesses Hinders its ability to be a true killing machine.

an indoraptor is able to see at a 180 degrees due to his eyes being one on the right and one at the left. So if 2 people one front and one behind he can see them if he puts his head on the side. It doesn’t really do anything for the fight, though, maybe it can help track the rex better.

The reason Ripper didn’t fight Blue as good is bc he was trying to get to the humans. You forgot to mention that Ripper could control his body temp just like the I-Rex. Also there was less screen time with Ripper vs the other.

Given that the Scorpius Rex was able to jump high and climb fairly well, I would say that the bones might be ether lighter or hollow like a birds, but as seen it can ram it self into walls with little to no visual effect I think that it is make of a tougher material so snapping or breaking bones will be hard to do

I realize it wouldn't be considered for the analysis, since it wasn't brought up in any of the movies, but since the Indoraptor was created using Indominus Rex DNA, it's entirely possible that it inherited the thermal concealment ability of the IndoRex, possibly negating the Scorpois Rex's thermal vision.
