Correct! You can’t fix or cure. Personality Disorders. Technically and medically a personality disorder is NOT a mental illness. Mental illness can be “cured” via medications, therapy, personality disorders can’t be. They can get therapy to HELP deal with the symptoms but try and get them to therapy- good luck👍 Also another differentiation is the severity of mental illness tends to lessen over time while PD’s tend to get worse with age…as we are clearly seeing with AC!

I was prescribed 5mg of benzodiazepines for years and almost died when I came off of them. Legitimately. Complete renal failure, seizures. Ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks. I also quit cold turkey off methadone and while it was absolute hell, nowhere near Xanax. A lot of people don’t realize Benzodiazepines and alcohol are the ONLY two things you can die withdrawing from. Other things you may FEEL like you’re going to die but you aren’t. It took me over a year to feel “normal” after I got off of them. While on them I didn’t really feel any emotions so I got flooded after and just a mess emotionally for months. Panic attacks daily etc. will never touch one again in my life though can guarantee that. Been almost 10 years now.

Good job! I feel ya. I quit methadone and benzos at the same time cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant with my first child, not knowing that was not a smart thing to do at all. I was on 70 mg of methadone and took unbelievable amounts of benzos everyday. Had two seizures on day 3 of withdrawal. My doctor ended up getting me on a safe taper down program. Been sober ever since, about 8 years.

The violence aspect has been an issue for a long time, his gfs have accused him of being abusive as well as weve seen his aggressive, volatile behavior online threatening people. All the people he stole from-via merch sales, concert tix, the homeless help he took $ for & never did, even just lying about helping the woman who had a foundation in her sons memory, the 2 people he stole art from, music he stole, so much more. Dogs hes abused & sold. The turtle burning. The accident he hurt a guy bc he was on xanax & had to pay $$ to not that long ago. False accusations against his brother & dead sister. Plus all the lies & bullying. He needs to know it all.

You can 100% have seizures that can kill you if you quit Xanax cold turkey. Xanax withdrawal is worse than heroin withdrawal. You mentally fall apart on top of the pain and the 10 other withdrawal symptoms you get. It's one of the absolute worst experiences you can possibly have, and you don't know unless you've been there. He's gonna have to do a slow detox in a hospital and I don't think he's gonna do that. The fear makes you run away from that.

Opiate withdrawal is awful (I quit methadone cold turkey legitimately thought I was going to die but you won’t). I was prescribed Xanax for 2 years after that. 5mg a day. I of course started abusing them doing double the amount so my script eventually ran out 2 weeks in and I couldn’t find any on the street. I went into complete renal failure (kidney failure) and had 3 seizures before they got me to the ER and in full on hallucinations. I was in the hospital 2 weeks and the first 4 days I don’t remember I was hallucinating and having seizures they could only control with adavan and a couple other things. Almost died. So yeah, you’re absolutely out of your mind thinking just bc opiate w/d is hell that it’s “worse” than benzodiazepine detox.

I'm still on a very low dose of klonopin because I legitimately need it once in a while. I use to not be able to leave the house or work or I'd flip out, start to go into a panic and 911 would always get called. I just thought I was having a heart attack all of the time like 8 times a month smh. They straight put me on 2mg bars 3 times a day after that. Years ago when Dr's were way more lenient. Now I can't have anymore than 1 MG klonopin as needed, and my roommate locks them in her safe just incase.

He most likely doctor shops and gets them off the street. Aaron has said he has been on xanax for over ten years and it is pretty rare for a doctor to prescribe someone benzos for that long. Typically benzos are a short term temporary drug because of how addictive it is and how long term use has a huge potential for adverse affects. Most doctors don't keep someone on benzos for longer than 3 months, unless they have a severe disorder.

My ex-mother-in-law has this kind of response to klonopin, Xanax, the benzo family in general. She takes soooo much of it, and she just breaks on through to the other side. Insane violence to the extent where she's 64 & sneaking around the house on her tiptoes, quietly approaching people's beds and dragging them out of their beds by their hair beating the crap out of them. She also poisoned me on accident by putting dissolvable sublingual mint-flavored Xanax into water bottles that were pre-made with Crystal Light packets. She knew that we were trying to take them away from her so she couldn't do all the weird violent stuff that happened, no matter what we told the doctors or the police, nobody would stop giving her the stuff! She did this Crystal Light shytt to all of the water in the refrigerator, but apparently she only put meds in certain bottles. She lost track of which ones were what, because it makes ppl forget. I grabbed one on my way out to work. It was hot as balls & i worked in a kitchen so i chugged a whole lot of it, before I realized the ship was disgusting.... It had a horrible reaction with my medications, my boss had to call 911 for me, and work had a really hard time believing me. That is, until I pulled out the video on my phone of her on the previous day, her birthday. She was out in the backyard, stringing all the contents of my purse up into this huge pine tree like it was her Christmas tree. She had no idea what was even going on.

I showed up totally fine, & promptly passed out in the bathroom maybe 20 mins after i drank probably 3 or 4 bars worth of xanax water. I don't take Xanax, that is an insane amount of it for a person who's not on it regularly. On top of that, I was on several medications, & more than one of them has dangerous drug interactions with CNS depressants. They put extra warning labels on those bottles, the pharmacist talks to people about it the first time they fill the meds. And it was a hot day, and I was working in a hot kitchen. Those had me fvcked up in the scariest way. Imagine not knowing you just took 4 bars @ once as you're going in to work. It was terrible. I could not wake up, and the boss has the only key to open the employee bathroom from the outside but she already left for the day. They called her when i wasn't opening the door or responding. A cpl of ppl noticed as I was on my way back there that I was freakishly pale. People who were interacting with me said I quickly became physically disorganized, klutzy, bumbly, which is not like me at all. It became harder to understand how to respond to people correctly. I could tell something was wrong, but it was all really confusing. I got extremely tired, I started leaning against things and I couldn't hold my eyes open. I wanted to splash cold water on my face to keep myself up & cool, it was hotter than the devil's ball sack. I was super thirsty. But yeah, i passed out in there so the boss told my manager to call 911, as she flew there to get the door open b4 they'd arrive and knock it down. The EMT's checked me out but they never took me to the ER. My co-workers were able to wake me up by shaking me & yelling in my face. My co-workers thought I was overdosing on heroin or something, and I never felt totally comfortable working there after that day. It was one of the most terrifying things that ever happened to me. I didn't have a real idea of what was wrong with me til way after the EMT's asked me if I'm a drug user, & what meds i take. But still, my boss didn't know if I was telling the truth or hiding my own drug habit, til i proved what I was going thru in my family life.... that was one of the most terrifying and embarrassing things in my adult life. That crazy old hag definitely unintentionally poisoned me, and i almost lost my main source of income cuz of her insane, forgetful, drug-protecting addict behaviors. My husband found 2 more in the fridge just like it after he brought me home from work.

Absolutely Aaron abuses his Xanax. But I believe it’s not just that, he also abuses the gabapentin and Seroquel. When he takes them and won’t go to sleep It’s a complete disaster. Also the trazodone he’s prescribed, is strictly for sleep so is the Seroquel. Not to mention sniffing the Xanax is different than swallowing it, when you sniff it it hit you all at once. When you swallow it more or less it’s time released throughout the day. I’m not a medical professional but I used to be a heavy drug user, along with other things. And through that lifestyle I learned a lot. As for Aaron he should not be prescribed all these meds at the same time, in my opinion. And I do believe as she answers and forgets a lot. I think the paranoia and stuff probably comes from the mixture of all the meds along with his personality. It’s like a car wreck you can’t take your eyes off of you feel terrible but at the same time you can’t help somebody that doesn’t see a problem in there actions.

Xanex makes me violent & extremely vocally aggressive. Not even before my next dose etc. Just taking it. It's also made me panic. Due to how bad it made me,I've never been that person before. I swore I'd never touch it again and haven't. For someone with a panic disorder I guess it could help. But personally for me,it's awful.

They made me fight people for the dumbest stuff. I’ve never been like that. We lived in an apartment complex while I was prescribed them and at the time they also had me on an opiate. Made me out of my damn mind. Someone would look at me sideways and I’d literally fight them. Constantly in altercations. I would also steal from Walmart too and I’ve never stollen anything. I use to panic if I was with someone and they stole something but when I was on them I did not care for some reason I’d just stick something in my purse and walk out and I’d have the money for it. Made no sense. I almost died when I stopped taking them. I swore I’d never touch one again my entire life. They’re awful.

I personally am on klonipin now for ten years for severe anxiety and depression and so on … I don’t abuse them I only take as prescribed however I have developed a tolerance to where it doesn’t even help me sleep 💤. I am currently weaning off slowly because it can be dangerous to cold turkey!

My ex best friend is prescribed Xanax and she totally abuses it! She does crazy shit and doesn't remember. IT'S very dangerous, thats why I had to go my own way. VERY DANGEROUS! She literally was gonna kill this girl in a car next to her at walgreens that did nothing at all, just parked. I was actually scared of her, the next day she had no clue what I was talking about. Dangerous. Edit: Xanax can work if taken as prescribed, but that is not the case with Aaron, you literally hear him sniffing and see him nodding and going crazy reading trolling comments.

Xanax should not keep you awake. It is medically classified as a benzodiazepine, used for the treatment of panic attacks, as an immediate release tablet. Xanax will begin to work in approx. 5-7 minutes, relatively quickly. Xanax has a moderate half life (11 hrs for half of the medication to be eliminated from the body). Xanax is a wonderful medication when used accordingly under the supervision of a licensed professional physician.
