Although I left Scotland 38 years ago my accent has stuck with me as has my love of Scottish music. I came across this rendition of Scotland Forever and it really has the hairs on my neck bristling and my eyes misting over. This lady has a wonderful voice and sings this song so incredibly well.

I'm not a fan of the old Scottish songs by and large with the exception of this song which I remember from my youth though it was a man singing it (no idea which man), but this is an even better version of it. As my gran would say she's got a rare pair of lungs on her that lassie...or I would say I really enjoyed that, I played it in three times over.
