I think that Michael Palin and Eric Idle of Monty Python took this presenter as a model for their satires of tour guides and presenters. They mirror his exaggerated gestures and mannerisms perfectly, or perhaps our presenter here learned his style from them. Monty Python fans likely would find this presentation quite comical.
