I remember watching this in complete disbelief, I was screaming after the 3rd goal! I had conceded defeat but the girls just kept going. This was a result that proved vital in getting us to that World Cup as well! A special day for Scotland

I agree, the fact that they're almost never broadcasted doesn't help. I heard it was on BBC Alba but then again, that's only in Gaelic, and inaccessible to fans abroad.

12.7.1941 exactly, The men get more views therefore more money as they are broadcasted on BBC1 ect, whereas the women’s is on a bbc channel that rarely anyone watches x

Sorry, to be clear...you're saying that because you're playing the same sport, you deserve the same number of people in the stands as the men's internationals? The standard of this game is literally under 13 boys.....It's appalling. You want this to be broadcasted more...again, you do realise how few people would tune in and therefore, makes ZERO sense for the bbc or any channel that uses adverts for revenue? The men's game has been professional for decades and the top players are selected from MILLIONS of men who play football and want to make it as a paid player. The women's game is MINUSCULE in comparison. A fraction of women play football in comparison to men. The game brings in little to no money...so why should it be treated as equal by the media and fans alike? It's an insane argument.
