ScotRail Sensation: Trains at Haymarket (05/03/2020)

Welcome to the latest video from BTucker Videos and my ScotRail Sensation Getaway series, and today I am at Haymarket, where we shall see services from Abellio ScotRail, Cross Country, Avanti West Coast and LNER. TransPennine Express also serve the station, but do not feature in this video.

Loved the battle of the Hitachi wi the 385 vs Azuma. Think 385 was edging it because it shorter. Wonder who was first to saughton bridge

Always worth watching a race between to services. Not sure who was first to reach Saughton Bridge though - I'm not an Edinburgh local so not exactly sure where it is

@@btuckervideos4705 both their lines run parallel sughton there's a foot bridge over the line after that Azuma peels away to the right for South Gyle and the Fourth Rail bridge. And 385 continues on to Edinburgh Park and Glasgow so would make the bridge little finish line

@@btuckervideos4705 saughton is on the tram line and has a stop the foot bridge is minutes away. Google map it you'll see it. Both Glasgow and Aberdeen main lines run parallel then go their separate ways There videos of Saughton Bridge on KZbin take a look
