Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and explosives. All things the government has no rights to stick it's grubby nose into. The federal government needs to be reined in

Is that what happened or is congress trying to correct seriously gross over reach by the atf. I don't like congress. It's corrupt and all that stuff. But it's clear as day that something shady is going on in the atf. A few people even get off track. But saying this is what congress said but we gave it 500 pages of "clarification"

Hi, I'm the director of ATF, I like to lie a lot and pretty much make things look like how they're not but I do that because I'm paid to do that. The president United States appreciates my service to this country as I lied to the Congress over and over during this hearing. And truth be told, as the ATF director, I have no concerns in the world about what this Congress says. I will temporarily playcate them just to get over with this ridiculous hearing. But ultimately, me, the ATF director, has no care in the world for what these committee members are asking me. But I will give a convincing performance... Lol

Why has congress not questioned the Arkansas State Police that helped with this murder! They would sing like canaries. They will not take the fall for the ATF!

It was LRPD who were involved with the raid, ASP is the independent agency conducting the criminal investigation

Little Rock PD are the ones that assisted the ATF. In my opinion they are just as guilty, they should have had the guts to stand up and say it wasn't right and refused to go with them. Now this is assuming the ATF disclosed the nature of the raid to LRPD beforehand. I wouldn't put it past the ATF to lie to the LRPD about the nature of the raid. AR is still a free State, I suspect the ASP will conduct a good investigation. I would assume though that Little Rock is a liberal city, as must large cities (even in red states) are.

It might have something to do with the ATF being a federal agency and thus directly accountable for enforcing federal laws passed by Congress. Local police is responsible for enforcing state laws and local ordinances which aren't passed by federal legislature hence even if the ATF used local police in their operations, in the eyes of Congress the ATF is the agency that is directly under the federal Congress' jurisdiction.

When you come to court, you either answer the questions or you don't have the information before you walk into court! You should be held responsible for any MURDERED YOUR AGENTS COMMIT!

so anytime an agency doesn't want to answer just open an investigation, same technique as making everything classified

I’ve been warning the Less Lethal Community for 3 years about the consequences of making these more lethal. Whether it’s more Joules or sharp pointy ammo, that’s not doing rightful Less Lethal defense users any favors. I don’t support legislation but that’s what happens when Modders and manufacturers take it too far. I saw this coming and my channel talks about the issues in weekly commentary.

How to avoid questions by congress Based on the provided search results, here are some strategies to help you avoid questions by Congress: 1. Challenge the Authority of the Committee Argue that the legislature lacks the authority to investigate the subject matter of the hearing. Claim that the committee lacks jurisdiction or authority to deal with the subject matter of the hearing. 2. Refuse to Answer Questions If you are subpoenaed to appear before a legislative committee, you can refuse to answer questions that would reveal sensitive information. You can argue that the questions are not pertinent to the hearing’s subject matter. 3. Invoke Separation of Powers As a witness employed by the executive or judicial branch of government, you can rely on the separation of powers provision to refuse to answer questions. This argument is based on the idea that the legislative branch cannot interfere with the functions of the other branches of government.

Three items should happen after this investigation: 1) Murder charges should be filed against both the ATF and the Police Department (providing the names of who was involved to the public), 2) a 9 figure monetary lawsuit should be filed against the ATF and the city, and 3) the removal of the ATF. This agency besides the corrupted DOJ and the FBI, should be removed from the payrolls of this government. The ATF is not an agency that makes rules or laws. PERIOD

So does that mean that my air rifle is no longer viable for me to have because it's it uses are power to push that bullet out of its chamber and at the Target that's an explosion isn't it just because you don't define what an explosion actually is doesn't mean you're skirting the law

The Second Amendment protects arms, not firearms,6 and in Heller, the Supreme Court defined an arm as any “[w]eapon[] of offence” or “thing that a man wears for his defence, or takes into his hands,” that is “carr[ied] . . . for the purpose of 'offensive or defensive action.

Our Founding Fathers were wise men and they despised the Royals and their tyranny. They intended Americans to be armed with the same hi tech firearms that our military had at the time. They knew that eventually, a President like Biden and Obama would come along and try to upset the apple cart. The Democrats have slowly and covertly (with their RINO Pals) whittled away at our 2nd amendment rights for years.. now they're working on silencing Americans and their 1st amendment rights , especially on the internet where the public meets in this generation to discuss politics and other problems like medical tyranny and eugenics.

Somebody should have asked this ATF director are you above the damn law because quite frankly that's what we're going to be seeking out when we find out that this was a wrongful death shooting in this woman's husband you will be the one to go to jail because you are the one running the ATF are you or are you not director and that's exactly how I feel about the ATF along with anybody else that went into that home and participated in that damn raid

They need someone, like me, who actually knows Less Lethal inside and out to help with this. These guys don't even know what they are talking about, this much is obvious. Manufacturers are not making these lethal, period. Consumers are making them more lethal after the purchase, but they are still nowhere near a firearm and even if they are close to one, the amount of rounds are then so limited by CO2 or air supply, it's not like someone can make something that can cause a mass shooting. They are simply good for personal protection at best, and most sold are not even good for that. Thus, why the consumers have to modify them to even have something that is remotely effective. They have a finite amount of air or CO2 available, very simply, if you increase the velocity, you decrease the shot count. Now, if they are talking about shotgun beanbags, etc. That's a different ball game, but when it comes to air/CO2 powered Less Lethal, like I deal with and test in over 1700 videos, they are not something that should ever be regulated. Reason being, they either do not have the shot count or power to be anything more than personal protection. You can have several shots of Way less than lethal power, or you can have a couple shots of what might be lethal if it hits someone in the wrong place, but not both. Black Powder revolvers are not regulated on a federal level, there is not a less lethal out there that can have 6 shots of anywhere near the power of a .44 cap and ball. We're talking 100 joules of energy (and that's an extreme number, most have about 40 on the first shot) vs. 700 joules of energy on every shot. Note that with CO2, only the first shot is full power, then the power drops with each shot and most get a max of 6 shots before they are out of gas. The larger launchers that use air tanks can put out average of 100 joules, most less than that, and they are lucky to get off 2 mags. To put that in perspective, that's 100 joules vs. 1,700 joules from an AR15, and you cannot keep shooting the 100 joules, you have to pump the tank back up which requires either a LONG time to hand pump it, or carrying something the weight of a concrete block around that has to be plugged up and still takes a couple minutes, lol
