Paul and (ex-wife, Evan’s mom) Pamela brought Evan to the Las Vegas Kiss Official Convention Tour show on June 24, 1995-he was just an infant-literally he had just turned one year old a couple of weeks before. I met them all, as I was on the tour as a musician (Kiss tribute band). I remember talking to them in the hotel lobby as we got off our hotel elevator at the Sahara Hotel, and they were getting on, and Paul introduced us. Evan was very young and when Kiss played their acoustic performance that evening, he was wriggling out of Pam’s arms, trying to reach Paul and the stage! Even at that age, Evan wanted to to be up there. I remember standing side-stage near them and watching this, it was very cute. So there’s a memory either of them might not remember, but it happened. Evan’s first Kiss show! Thanks.

WOW, what a superb interview! I grew up in Northern New Jersey... a major KISS fan circa their Destroyer days, having seen them live about 30 times over the decades. While attending high school at the time (70's), I remember my cousin's wife Stacy from upper Manhattan casually telling me that she attended The Manhattan High School of Arts and Science (Paul's Alma Mater), and that her High School yearbook had a Senior photo of Stanley Eisen without makeup! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! As a major KISS fan, I convinced her to lend me the book, and I brought it to school, where I was mobbed in the hallway by my locker as word got around about what I brought in! I created such a buzz amongst KISS fans at my high school, dying to catch a glimpse of Paul without his makeup, that our Principal asked me to immediately leave and bring the yearbook home and leave it there! That was one of my more memorable KISS fan moments!

Sick of hearing years being in a band by Singer and Thayer. They did 2 albums that were nowhere near Gold. They've done nothing but tour on Original members songs. Plus they are nowhere near being sharper than 1976. Success KISS' peak was 78. Playing wise 1976. Reunion era they mirrored a lot of that success. Last 20 years?? Nothing but the same ol same ol with Father Time reaching in the mix more and more every year.
