Great review, thank you! I like the extra safety gear compartment on the 40l as well ...
@huckoutside3 жыл бұрын
Thanks. Totally, the extra compartment for safety gear is great. I went with 40L for this reason and as the 30L was slightly too small in volume (as the electric fan takes up 3-5L).

1 year later, what do you think? Any cons?

Great video. I think I’m sold on the 22 L bag since I have more storage on the sled tunnel. I’d rather have a light bag for sledding

Thanks for the review. Is there any possibility to attach the helmet to the backpack during uphill ? I already have another brand, but I miss such a function on it.

There is webbing loops on each side of the outer bag which I use to attach my Salomon helmet cover (which has 3 clips)

Thanks for the review. I've seen many complains the airbag (and most airbag bags actually) opens to easily when you fall down or if filled with too much gears. What do you think so far please ? Thanks in advance
@huckoutside2 жыл бұрын
Small sample size so far (only 3 days this winter). I understand the complaint and have had one case where the airbag section was partially open (noticed when hiking). It is a simple fix...stop, take off pack, unzip and rezip the airbag section. I think this will be a similar issue on any bag as it is meant to open. Also think that if the bag is too full or you have a good fall then this will be more likely. As per my review I would size up to the 40l even if only day triping.

Thank you for making this video! Question, any issues with the airbag deploying with the backpack fully loaded?
@huckoutside Жыл бұрын
Haven't had too yet... Though it's time for my yearly maintenance test... So will try with load

Does the Airbag automatically deflate after a few minutes? (to create a "breathing cave") And how long does it stay "ready to use" when fully charged and fresh batteries are inserted?
@huckoutside3 жыл бұрын
1) No auto deflate, however does have a slow release with pressure. 2) with new batteries it is supposed to last 3 months in 'Ready to use' mode

According to the manual: "The airbag will remain inflated for a minimum of three minutes and then slowly begin to deflate"
