Hard to hate the guy when he's made so many soundtrack moments in my life.. always loved creed regardless of how lame everyone else thinks they are. stapp rules imo.

Yes that's exactly what it is,is the bigger the band the more haters there are as well just like with nickleback, they make great music & have millions of fans but also millions of haters but if they were underground they'd be great lol

Couldn't agree more. I never cared that people said they sucked and they couldn't believe I liked Creed. I always knew they were talented and loved their music. And yes, Scott Stapp is that dude.

Sung Yul Taylor im a metalhead and I disagree about the comment above saying nickelback is good (because they aren't) but creed has always been good, I especially like Tremonti's guitar work. He has inspired a lot of players in my genre (more of the death metal, deathcore melodic metal genres) [yes we like creed]

I see, but he made a significant progress. In 2009, I feel hopeless about his voice and I thought he can never regain it back. Although he made such improvement, I still doubt he can sing like he used to be. His gritty vocal style is so damaging and I've seen countless post-grunge/alt rock singers who lost their voices and never made a comeback. I'm so happy for Scott Stapp.

When was this recorded? When I saw Creed back in 09, Scott couldn't stay in tune to save his life. The band sounded great, but he kept hitting foul balls all over the place. I hope this is more recent than 09, because if so, he's worked hard on his singing and sounds great again!

Not suprising that both Tremonti and Slash ditched Stapp and Axel respectively and settled on Myles .A more complete singer and left his ego at the stage door . Alterbrige and Slash have both carried on their successful careers ,while Myles still does solo acoustic tours . The man is the complete package both singing, writing and blending into different lineups in the same time. I do understand die hard fans who will always prefer that the original sound was with Axel and Stapp and that makes them part of the song's DNA.
