Tony jaa is extremely UNDERRATED, ong bak is amazing and omg the protector is genius action
@TamNguyen-vw4qg3 жыл бұрын
No, in my opinion Jaa isn't underrated! His most greatest movies are his first 3 movies: "Ong Bak Part I & II", "The protector" aka "Tom Yum Goom"! The next movies were more dissapointed even "Ong Bak III". Or better said, The movies between "Ong Bak 3" and "SPL" were not the Tony Jaa, who I saw in his first 3 movies- like I've already said!The first movie, which brings his success back, was "SPL- Time for concequences". After this movie ,he found back "The Tony Jaa style", which has made him famous. Movies like "Triple threat", "Master Z- The Ip Man legacy", "Paradox" and even a Hollywood production "Triple X - The return of Xander Cage"! But lastly I'm agreed- Tony Jaa is an amazing martial artist & actor!!!
@RadioactiveGoose3 жыл бұрын
I would say nowadays the entire action / martial arts genre is underrated. All these great talents rarely make it to the big screen unless it's in a small side role on a blockbuster movie. Which is a shame. I remember the documentary "In search for the last action hero" covers this a little bit when in the 90's, CGI started to conquer the big screen when people started to expect rollercoaster rides.

That's not really your serious opinion?!- If you make a comparison like THIS, then it would looks like : The Beatles are the G.O.A.T band and the G.O.A.T OF MARTIAL ART is Bruce Lee! After the Beatles are the Rolling Stones cause also of their long life Band history! That means after Bruce Lee comes Jackie Chan as long life Martial artist! The Doors would B Jet Li! Don't forget Sammo Hung ,Yuen Biao! These are the GREATEST of the so called "Golden Era" from the HongKong film industry from those days! The late 70s until the 90s! Even Donnie Yen became his success from the Ip Man movie! I would say Donnie was unknown in the western countries before 2010 as Ip Man 2 was made - even in HongKong! And Tony Jaa, Wu Jing or Max Zhang Jin are the stars of "NOWADAYS"! You can't compare Tony Jaa with The Rolling Stones. The living Stones members are legends like - Sammo Hung! Jaa is never a living legend! Probably he will becomes ONCE in the future. MAYBE!!!
