Hi, my twin and I started looking at BMW not to long ago and came across your video series on the different models of BMWs. Each video was very informative and you and Trisha make an excellent sales team. It was because of this chemistry we grew increasing interested in one particular model. We are very tall between 6' 3" and 6' 7" so when Trisha got into each vehicle we as able to gauge the high difference between her height and ours. As she went through the different features and you elaborated on it along with the other features we grew interested. I think these video series are a stroke of genius and no other dealership is doing it including Porsche, Mercedes, Land Rover, Rolls Royce all of which we are interested in but did want to be jumped at the dealership. The BMW website where potential customers can actually see the salesmen and women before deciding makes it very personal to me and I feel gives BMW the number 1 spot in our book and a leg up on all your competitors. We live about 3000 miles from your dealership and yet the distance did not matter after viewing your videos specially on the new BMW X5 M. We are very big on team work and an excellent customer service experience. If Trish is no longer at BMW we are very disappointed. Thank you

Again,a wonderful presentation of a marvellous car dramatically absent from the UK sites is this level of presentation and information.SIGH! My neighbour's nanny uses one of these to ferry the children to school and the country for the weekend.she has kindly allowed us mere mortals to look inside and experience the car-just WOW!Even the builders,working on a very expensive house here in Chelsea(London),think it is ultra cool-even her bosses are swapping their 7 series for the X5M after she(the nanny)showed your videos to the bosses.Again just super and so slick on a very tight budget.

This was one of my favourite cars my dad owned, except he had a 2013 standard model, I test drove the car today morning and i tried my dad's Range Rover vogue, it's much much lighter to drive the BMW and it's more fun, another thing I liked this car about is the length, its pretty shorter than the Range which can help me park because as u guys know here in Downtown Norway we have damned small park spots

Scott, great video review! Love the blend of entertainment, marketing and facts. Smart move to use selected employees who compliment the car exceptionally well. Spent a little time in TOaks a decade ago. Good to see the growth of a respected dealership. On my 8th BMW, 3rd X5 (2002,2006) and currently driving 2013 w/ M package. Wanted to publicly thank you as your video sealed the deal in my decision to step up to this model. Hopefully BMW compensates you for promoting sales, even if they don't happen at your dealership. One call out I would add as a supplemental video. At 11:55 mins of this video you guys point to the engine buttons. It would be great to mention and or do a separate video on the "Self Park" button as I think this feature is pretty fabulous as well! Thanks again. You and Trish are a great team. It's nice to see how much fun you have. All my questions like it is possible to change the color of the ambient lightning and so one have been answered except one. For me that is what a good salesman does. You tease the customer with some nice features but then explain them later so they feel well-advised and connected because you already answered (nearly) all questions they had. My question is about something you haven't talked about. Since both cameras in the front, front view and night vision, seemed to be in the center I was wondering what the camera look a like thing in the left kidney is for?

The new BMW X5M is an outstanding vehicle. Using the programmable M1 & M2 buttons on the steering wheel, you can go from normal daily driver with comfortable suspension and driving manners to full out performance / race mode. It is rated from the factory at 567 HP & 553 TQ, although independent tests have already shown that those figures are underrated as are with most BMW's.
