Hearing you brothers play is like having a full course dinner with a fine wine and desert. Thank you.

You guys made my day! I was completely oblivious that the organist was J. Scott whose Bach works I totally admire! For this one you are dealing with a bit of a connoisseur, and knowing your level of artistry I will only mention in a very cursory, non-intrusive way: Transcription : sublime Exécution: nearly perfect (the second Waltz in A major needs a more focused approach) Interpretation: a bit stiff. The virtuoso stuff is wonderful and flowing, but the Viennese swing is totally lacking in the first Waltz, and the entrance of the polka after the e minor episode could benefit from being infinitely cheeky... This being said, I will repeat: you guys made my day. I never thought pipes and strings could be matched so well!

You two play marvelously, but the acoustics of the place or the placement of the microphones is not really good.

The organs seems a bit harsh in sound. More so during Swan Lake. Too bad organ builders have to modify another builders work to make money. It is like painting over a Rembrant. No longer original, no longer anything but a bastard organ. Lovely performance, great acoustics though not superior. We could not expect less from this dynamic duo.

Kto jest budowniczym organów
@renataanna78775 жыл бұрын
Budowniczym organów był Belg Pierre Schyven , który najpierw pracował a potem przejął firmę niemieckiego organmistrza Merkein - Schütze w Brukseli. Nazwiskiem Schyven opisano w sumie ok 300 instrumentów. Największe są organy katedry w Antwerpii ( 90 rejestrów 4M+P ponad 5700 piszczałek ) . Firma organmistrzowska działała do I-szej wojny światowej.
