u can only get it if ur bow shot is full charged now and i guess I was just unlucky bc I feel like I was shooting full charge bow shots

they nerfed speed 2 and strength 2 pretty heavily, since you can only brew 6 potions I figure its better to make 24 minutes of speed 1 and str 1 instead of 4.5 minutes of tier 2 which is barely better
