Here's a beefy challenge - I call it "Potion Prince". Rush potion of cleansing, and get ichor or another cleansing from dice. Also rush a god apple. Go to the nether and get poison II pots. In DM, splash the most stacked guy with poison and cleansing and eat the god apple. Hopefully, one guy will constantly be poisoned to 0 while you'll constantly be healed to 40. then, you can finish him off with ichor or your fists. (if you want to make this extra hard, you can't deal any damage outside of potions in DM.)
