Ready to get weak in the knees? No, not from my handsome good looks... but from this insane workout! Even I barely made it to the end! But isn't that what you want? If you're going to spend 15 minutes of your time exercising, it better be worth it and BRING RESULTS! Now for this routine you only need ONE PAIR of dumbbells. I used 10lbs. Yes, you can have multiple pairs available if you've got them. But my goal was to create a routine that required minimal equipment due to how scarce dumbbells are right now. So if you want to see more hardcore routines like this, comment below and please take a few seconds and *TAP THAT LIKE BUTTON!* *ROUTINE:* 4 Blocks 3 Exercises Per Block Complete 2 - 3 rounds MAX 1min. As Many Reps As Possible / 30sec. rest between “blocks” *BLOCK 1* (1:30)- Push-Up to Alt. Mountain Climber (2:34)- Upright Row To Lateral Raise (3:37)- Renegade Row *BLOCK 2* (5:13)- Jump Squat (6:15)- Alt. Reverse Lunge (7:20)- Sit-Through *BLOCK 3* (8:49)- Alt. Biceps Curl (9:54)- Overhead Extension (10:55)- Alt Jumping Lunge *BLOCK 4* (12:30)- Russian Twist (13:34)- Floor Crunch with DB (14:37)- Up & Overs

What's great about working with dumbbells is that you can use them to tone and burn fat and build muscle mass, I always use a variety of dumbbell exercises when I'm teaching my students.

This sounds sappy as hell, but I am SO THANKFUL for these workouts. I've been using your videos four or five times per week for 7 WEEKS and my body has literally TRANSFORMED. I live in Massachusetts and I stumbled onto his KZbin channel and I legit started doing the workouts because I heard his Boston accent. This guy is the REAL DEAL!!!

Back at this video YEARS after I first saw it. After dropping from 6 gym days to 0 after getting married, honeymoon and moving into our first home all in six months, I needed to get back in the saddle and came full circle to when I started working out, watching these videos. This kicked the crap out of me, but it’s good to be training again!

haha, you ever see that episode of American Dad where he is watching TV and some guy is showing how to do the "perfect pull" that starts it every time by sitting on it? hahaha
another workout that i could try as part of my daily exercise routine. however, my most favorite combo exercise workout is the TOTAL BODY MELT DOWN aside from HOTEL HELL. that routine is so awesome, it pumps the whole body and burns so much fat and calories and the good thing is i'm done in just 25min including warm up and cool down. in fact that routine is a lot better than going to the gym. nice effort scott. thanks a lot. keep it up. stay strong. stay fit. stay safe.

You crazy bastard!! I hate jumping lol... but i had to try this and I enjoyed pushing my limits. At first I thought I would be able to do this with 25s. But, I was all wrong, 10s are just great.

@jordanf.34004 жыл бұрын
Try to get your elbow as tucked in to your side as much you can, the closer the better. If that doesn't work you can try reverse grip which will help with the mind muscle connection to the lower lat.
@joebob2311productions4 жыл бұрын
Definitely supinate for more lat action. Another thing you could try doing is while ensuring to keep arms as close to your side as possible, think of pulling up and in rather than just up, almost as if you are dragging along your quads as you get higher than your knees.

I just finished this. But, I did 40 sec per exercise instead of 1 min. I did 2 rounds and felt nauseous after. One comment though, I couldn't do the crunches. I did it without weights but could only raise my torso shoulders off the floor a couple of inches. My lower back in pain. Will this improve through time? I'm 50 by the way. Or perhaps a replacement exercise just for the crunches. Thank you!

Hey Scott, I just wanted to ask you something. Should't we divide our body muscle-work outs to different days, (by means each day we should hit a muscle in the body?) This type of videos are really weird for me, because as far as I know, bodybuilders have their work-outs scheduled, instead of hitting all muscles at one day. By the way i am speaking generally about "full body work-out videos". Sorry to bother you but I hope I can get a clear answer from you. Thanks.

Mayank Shukla any workout of this nature (light weight, reps for time) is going to be more focused on developing muscular endurance. If you’re looking to gain mass then you need to progressively overload on weight

Can these 15 minute of workouts lead to any significant muscle growth? Im relatively new to lifting
@joebob2311productions4 жыл бұрын
I shouldve taken the fact that Scott struggled with 10 lb dumbells as a sign that I shouldn't also use 10s 😂. Made it through 2 rounds though. That 2nd round the dumbells went to the floor quick for the jump squats and lunges though. Built up a massive sweat though.
