Contested each May, the PGA Championship is the second major championship in golf’s annual rotation, and perennially features the strongest field in the men's game based on the Official World Golf Rankings. Known for dramatic finishes and notable champions, the Wanamaker Trophy-which has been awarded to the winner since 1916-is inscribed with names such as Brooks Koepka, Rory McIlroy, Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Jack Nicklaus, and Gary Player.
The 2024 PGA Championship is set to take place between 13-19 May at Valhalla Golf Club. The reigning champion is Brooks Koepka.

Apparently he dragged the police officer with his car and officer did have minor injuries. Obviously the police Officer didn’t realize he was a player trying to get to course but let’s see when more details transpire. Amazing he shot 66 today. Unflappable. If this happened to Rahm, Koepka or someone else with a cocky temper who knows what could have happened. I am sure the cops will apologize but PGA probably were not prepared for a crazy situation like this.

Obviously he's playing tremendous golf in this crazy stretch he's had. But boy what a testament to his mental strength and focus to go through that this morning, learning about the death of this patron, his jail situation etc. All of that just throws you completely off, as he said the heart rate is still booming well after the whole thing is over. It takes a lot to re-focus yourself and perform, and Scottie should and will take away a lot of confidence from this.

Wrong, the players don’t have to queue up outside the course with the patrons. They have express permission to enter immediately upon arrival and start their pre-round activities. I know it soothes your ego to fantasize you’re the same as them, but they have special privileges that you don’t.
