You mean the one that was completely corroborated by eye witness Jeff Darlington? Obviously the reporter wasn't lying, but if so he should be prosecuted along with Wojo who was also a witness and corroborated Darlington's account of Scottie driving away after the cop attached himself to the vehicle. This is a case of pure cover up so as not to harm a billion dollar business and so that Kentucky can still host majors.

THE STATE MUST PROSECUTE THE OFFICERS INVOLVED... the Prosecutor is as corrupt as the Police... the "Officer" committed false arrest, false imprisonment, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, mis-malfeasance, falsifying charges, falsifying government documents, deprivation of rights; the "Officer" is also the sole cause if 95% of his injuries latching onto a moving automobile when he could have (being an accident scene recreation expert) instead pounded on the hood or trunk to get the driver's attention... the Prosecutor is also REQUIRED to disclose exculpatory evidence, AND prosecute the "Officer" if there is evidence of the "Officers" wrong doing... Exactly why qualified immunity should be eliminated and Terry v Ohio should be repealed. Cops should be accountable for their misdeeds both financially and civilly. This cop should be fired immediately as he has a history of stepping on citizens rights.

Louisville has paid out 4.5 MILLION dollars over the last 5 years. Near the date of this event they paid out another 650,000 dollars due to a lying detective. Corrupt LMPD continues to violate citizens civil rights ...with NO meaningful repercussions or prosecution. ...EVER. The lawyer is spot on!!!!!!!!! END QUALIFIED IMMUNITY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the PGA, Scottie’s wife and family can sue for pain and suffering? This is outrageous when the LMPD, the Chief, Mayor, and even the prosecutor are still defending officers of their department!

The sad part is if that was a normal "citizen" who got falsely arrested for the same incident. The outcome would have been different and their whole life would be ruined because of some lying cop.

The officer who lied about being "dragged by his vehicle", needs to be placed on the Brady list, as a known liar on sworn statements! The video clearly showed the officer ran into his car, to stop him, out of angry for a perceived idea that he was being ignored! Then, to harm the reputation of a very good man, he lied about being dragged by his vehicle, likely wanting to fleece the taxpayers out of money, for injuries he didn't receive! He also may have thought he could sue Scotty, and take money he did not earn!

A gracious practical response to inappropriate behavior by LMPD. Whereas the rest of us would sue LMPD for false arrest, Scottie decides to take the high road. We all learn a lot about the inequality of the justice system in this case. I WILL forever remember to say NOTHING if arrested.

Awesome job of being professional by Scottie. You took it better than me buddy. Also great job at picking a lawyer. Hate to see the police take another hit, but here it is....self inflicted. We love and need you guys, but we have to put the kabash on this kind of activity. In the end, we got to the right answer, but way to hard to get there.
