Scottish Congenital Heart Campaign

The Somerville Foundation is a national charity supporting adults born with heart conditions. We are currently petitioning the Scottish government for improved standards of care across the country. This video has been made by our volunteer Campaigns Manager for Scotland and introduces the campaign and the issues around it.
