I had tingles my first time hearing ASMR on Tiktok it literally feels like the top back part of your head is being softly tickled with one of those head massagers and sometimes they can go down your spine and back up. I think it's easier if your mind isn't so cluttered. Literally focus all your attention to the video either eyes open or closed with earbuds in. Using a regular speaker makes it sound boring.

I had tingles in level 1. Feels like goosebumps from the top of the head and depending on the trigger, all over your skin or in certain areas. But it happens to me too with some music, not just with ASMR

Sometimes you can get strange middle back tingles on your left side that almost hurt but not really and get better the more you feel them. It's very interesting actually
