There's a common misconception where people think that just because they can play the guitar, they can also teach it. That's made it really hard for me and many others to learn, but Scott is such a great teacher and it helps so much.

I've watched a LOT of guitar instruction videos and I can say that Scott's are easily the best I've ever come across. He's knowledgeable, the pacing of the lessons is spot-on and the three-pane setup with the one camera fixed to the fretboard is excellent. The set-up, the subjects he tackles, the production values and his delivery are all great. On top of that he's really personable; he makes me want to be his friend and invite him over for jam night.
