PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:
Our luxurious seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath home comfortably accommodates 23 guests within its spacious 6,030 sq ft. Tucked off the back of a quiet cul-de-sac in far North Scottsdale, Whisper Trail Resort home offers relaxation, recreation and at-home comfort.
The private backyard features a cozy fire pit, sport court with basketball hoop and volleyball/tennis/ pickleball/badminton net, built-in gas grill, and large, lighted pool and spa.
The lovely open concept floorplan seamlessly merges kitchen and living room. This open living area features ceiling fans, granite counters, tile floors, updated appliances, a gas range, gas fireplace, large flat-screen TV, two built-in ovens, leather sofas, large windows, high vaulted ceilings and several dining areas.
Toward the front of the living room is a full bar equipped with wine rack/cooler and overhead storage for stemware.
The master suite has a king bed, stately fireplace, oversized leather armchair, wall-mounted flat screen TV, and generous walk-in closet. The master bath boasts a relaxing jetted bathtub, walk-in shower with adjustable shower head, an extra storage closet, and direct private access to the backyard.
Every bedroom in this home features a flat screen TV and full-length mirror. Every bedroom can be customized with different bed configurations to suit the needs of your group. King? Queen? Extra twins or cots? We can do it!
