Outside of the gangs in Carson, people are ballin' in Carson. The homeowners who own those old homes, and them new ones in the community over there behind Cal State Dominguez Hills, those are the ballers of Carson. There's a whole new community of homes called Carson Landing freshly built over there off of Central and Victoria that are real nice! Carson is considered a suburb and Carson IS very nice, even the so called lower income parts.
