Visual adlib shit. The clip for Ten Toes by Gravy is a perfect example of that respect for the other artist's words, techniques and sentence structure. Also, not to mention silent lips blaring the meaning and intensity that those selected words form into. Drives the message home more. Wish we saw more of it across the scene as a whole and not just for the occasional hook. On another note, this film clip was my first introduction to Scotty a few years back, following up on an A. binge. I'll legit play this daily. Ain't many songs like that, let alone collections of tracks edited to become one of the best laid-out collections of the best background noise available. Besides Peep Show, of course...
