LOVED this video, please do more even if you are alone! Would like to hear--(Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler, Tiger, Justin Thomas) I have interest in hearing specifically what they feel in their hands, and how they came to use their current putter. PS, you need to get on Feherty.

Thank You. This interview was so enlightening. The balance, the individuality, the precision. And the vulnerability of the process and the quest for the dream of making the best for the best.

I could listen to Scotty and Brad all day, every day! I’m fascinated at this aspect of the game. I putt everyday in my basement on my practice green. Have a Scotty Futura X 5 Dual Balance, amongst others, and am always looking for an edge so would love to see MANY more of these videos.

I play everyday. I got my first Scotty a couple weeks ago and I'm shocked at what a difference it makes. I just thought it would be nice to look at and feel, but my putting has improved a ton. I"m shooting around 80-83 now, down from 85-88. Incredible club. Special Select Newport 2. Thank you Scotty.

I'm a firm believer that putters in this case are like everything else in life. The difference between a $15 and a $150 putter there is a big difference but between a $150 putter and a $400 putter not so much. Once you hit a certain market price on anything, from that point on your paying lots of dollars for such small improvements that 95% of people will not benefit from the differences. It just becomes an ego thing.

No question Brad Faxon was an excellent putter - when I hear these comparisons - I never hear people mention Loren Roberts - to me he was day in day out the best on tour during that time. and so fundamentally sound.

So to comment about the conversation at 11 minutes in, Start with good fundamentals, start with a good grip and feet, knees, hips, shoulders aligned parallel to the target...does it need to stay that way forever??? Only if puts go in! You will fall into what works best for you!

wonder what Brad's stats would have been in the strokes gained era? He was one of the best I've ever seen, so likely would have still been at the top. That being said, the old stats, putts per round and putts per GIR are almost useless. Both are really more dependent on ball striking than putting.

I like to think I understand economics and things like that. I do NOT understand how Scotty can talk about wanting to make better feel and sound in putters.... Where is that drive in the current stuff being put out??? Double-sided tape to hold inserts on. Very un-conventional looking new stuff with crazy wings on them. I'll keep rolling my oil can and pro platinums I guess.
