Cool stuff! What about some descriptions of how to do some things? Not entirely sure what's different between a Scout Walk & a regular stalking/hunting step that takes about 66 seconds or how to do things like cross snow or places like sandy trails with no tracks Also, what about jumping from tree to tree? Would like to know some specifics on that.

Cool. No shoes equals parasites.

Shoes contribute to fungal infections, misshapen foot structure, stress related injuries to the knees, tendons, and surrounding musculature, as well as back misalignment in early adolescents into young adulthood, as well as upper spine maladies in older adults. At least two of these shoe induced injuries affect over 80% of modern adults. This is far greater in occurrence than the rare, yet easily treatable parasites, specifically caste borne bacteria and worms that can compromise the blood tissue barriers. I hope this helps.

I've eaten raw meat and fat every day for the past 5 years. I've walked barefoot my whole life. I have never had a parasite and am healthier than everyone around me.
