I remember when I was just a wee lad, only started school a few years before when this came out in 2007. My teacher played this in class in the background and I was hooked, so that weekend I went to Woolworths and bought the CD album. Can't believe that was 9 whole years that have passed so quickly and so much has changed since then, my generation has been the first to grow up with the technologies that make us virtually open to the entire world and I still can't figure out if it's for the better. One things for sure, these chaps helped my find my taste in music that early on in my life, now I have a massive record collection spanning multiple genres. How I'll miss the noughties, my innocent days, and I'll forever cling on to that spirit of childhood innocence.

I think ‘Elvis isn’t dead’ is a way of saying that Elvis still being alive is what a fool would think. So the fact that she’ll ‘be coming back’ is him thinking that she’ll come back to him even though it’s all over between them. So he keeps repeating that Elvis isn’t dead because he wants to believe that he’ll get with that girl even though deep down he doesn’t believe it.

Everyone says this, in the 10s everyone misses the 00s, in the 00s everyone missed the 90s it goes on to the 60s. The 60s were the golden age for music. If you were alive in the 60s I envy you, you lucky bastard xD
