I thought it was sus when it said "it ended and sun light is safe.". In the actual SCP the sun never reverts, so maybe this is a way for 001 to bring more people out.

Seeing as how the event would only last 56 hours, would be pretty fine for me. Just get a ton of food and water, then set up the best bed you can in your basement for those 56 hours. If it would last for a year or something, I'd simply just admit fate. This aftermath scenario gives me hope for if some rare occasion, seeing as how it is a meteorological event (did i spell that wrong?) and not some anomalous cause, if a meteorological event is anomalous. I'm not sure. Also one of my favourite EAS scenarios.

Nice vid bro I just had a nightmare and it was actually epic. I woke up and suddenly my phone started buzzing I checked it out. Then I saw an scp foundation alert. Saying scp 001 day breaks. I immediately knew what to do. (Im an avid fan of scps). I told my family closed all windows closed all doors good thing it was a stormy day so there wasn't much light. But in mid day it was very sunny. We wore clothes that blocked out all light from our body. Then we saw the body of our neighbors and just when I was about to die. My eyes opened up. And I still thought I was dreaming.But then I realized it was all a dream. That was actually pretty fun not gonna lie! and great video

this SCP has always reminded me of the one episode of spongebob where a sun (called neptune's sun) comes out of a underwater volcano and turns all of the sea creatures into actual fish and sandy is the only one who isnt affected until the sun goes back into another volcano and then neptune's moon comes out and turns sandy into an actual squirrel

This is only a hypothetical All clear message from the 05 council if the event were to end somehow and I think it's an interesting concept that i haven't seen anyone else try (also some People's interpretations of the End of Scp 001 When day breaks storyline may be completely different) with some Being the Sun returning to normal The last of the survivors being melted down by the sun the Combination of scp 055 and 579 or something completely different

Hmm, so scp-001 when day breaks after ~2 and half days was like "aight Imma head out". Although I'd say this is really good (atleast you didn't end human race), this is confusing as well. If this happened in our universe (which it won't) I probably wouldn't believe in this one cuz how can such an event end in just 2 days (Like seriously how?) But yeah, this is a very good scp-001 when day breaks ending.

Some people suggested that it’s scp 001-A luring you out however it used some obvious propaganda Method like “the outside is so beautiful you should come in the sun” blah blah blah but I’m this one the only sentence hinting towards that is “people who can get over them selves) it could potentially be scp001-A however seeing that they are really intelligent enough to evolve and make it less obvious it could be legit however it is sus that such a powerful and destructive event only lasted 56hours or roughly 2 days because in many video logs it’s like 300 days or something so it could be scp001-A or not I’m kinda getting mixed signals from this lol

SCP-001 actually never reverts in the lore. The event "stops" when Humanity uses nuclear weapons to start nuclear winter. This kills most of SCP-001-A and creates mutations within them. Remnants of human race stand on the surface with no piece of land being exposed to the sun, as clouds and debris close the atmosphere tightly. Sun hasn't reverted, SCP-001-A is still there, but now humanity lives in much friendlier group of environment issued by nuclear winter.
