In ultimate edition there are actually 3 ways 005 can spawn. 1. It doesnt spawn in its cell but on the place where 005 is supposed to be there is a paper saying: "Sorry i got it first. -Maynard" if that happends the key is in Dr. George Maynard's office. 2. if it just isnt in its cell and there is no paper the d-class that touched SCP-409 took it so then just go to 409 and it is in his hand but if you take it then it will infect you with 409. 3. 005 Will spawn in his cell but then if you take it or come close to it scp 106 will spawn and chase you.
