the 05 council already have a way of fixing that its called mass termination if a crisis is happening inside a facility(or outside)they will use the giant laser on amongus to beat the hell out of the scp and the people that got controlled by it. it also has the ability of stunning immortal scp and each facility will have a trusted lvl5 personel and if your talking about karma its just okay since they have advance mechanism of hiding any scp's

When you think about it. Its always about results other than morality and preference. Konny stepped out of line and was shunned upon after his incident. If anything, Dr. Clad is trying to help and (possibly unintentionally) hurt the Foundation with what he's doing. Taking out the Cultists was one, but at the cost of breaching one of the most DANGEROUS SCP's. He's just doing his job.

An interesting SCP would be one made by the Foundation that holds every version of the Foundation accountable for their actions throughout the multiverse. An agent made by the council of the Prime Universe that is to seek out, expose, and destroy corruption in the Foundation on the multiversal level. This agent could even go as far as being able to take out council members that are working on their own agenda instead of the Foundation's.

One thing I have to say, is that this story was dramatic, the ending was a shock, and Clad was a real smart one for what he did "No loose ends", but I can say because of how the Foundation takes requests, and appeals, that would've never agreed to Clad's plan, and also Konny should've reported them to the Internal Security Department (ISD), the very Second! He saw the Symbol of the Cult. (These are just my comments on this story If anyone knows the name of this tale please tell me)
