Take should take 5082-A and rub him up against 3812 and that should fix things right up.

This one should have been upgraded to either Apollyon or Thaumiel at some point, seeing as they have no hope of containment plus the threat of a multiversal threat the Foundation cannot even perceive.

It's on of those ones where there's multiple levels to deal with. -A is most definitely more difficult, or fundamental than Keter. The Hotspots? They're just Keter. I think 'article' designations should be whatever the highest level anomaly is, but there's a case for if a majority is X, and there's one or two Y, list it as X.
