When I saw the title, I had to laugh a bit. While the scenario is certainly serious, my reaction to being told 999 is on the loose is similar to if it was announced a bunch of puppies and kittens were running loose.

I'm thinking...get a bucket, and prop it up with a stick. Then put candy beneath the bucket. When 999 goes for the candy the stick is knocked over, it gets covered by the bucket and then you can just sorta leave it there until everything else is taken care of.

Crossover idea. What would be the SCP Foundation's relationship with the ICA and Providence from the Hitman series be like? Would they prefer to puppeteer them and absorb all their assets and resources? The 05 Council can be quite ruthless and wish to make the Foundation the ultimate top dog so I would imagine they wouldn't be too comfortable with those two powers running around unsupervised. Though I bet the GOC wouldn't like that since those two one a international neutral agency and the other a international cabal would have some ties to the GOC even if they didn't know it. So a move like that could escalate things in the anomalous world.

@@isaacgodby9848 When I learned more about the Hitman series and it's lore I was pretty impressed by the ICA's infrastructure and ability to stay a secret agencies from the public and still having backing and being independent. They maybe not to the level of power as even a international organization like the RPC Authority which is weaker then the SCP Foundation but the ICA is very efficient and effective surprisingly. You don't see that happening alot I guess the writers of the Hitman series were pretty far ahead. I say even better then even the Assassins Creed writers.
