@@triple466 To the best of my understanding, SCP's The Scarlet King is basically what would happen if *_God_* was _The Devil._ The Scarlet King has tried on many occasions to destroy material existence itself, usually by creating a horrifying monster capable of destroying all life and reality. So far, it's best attempt was SCP-682. Also known in SCP canon as the Tarrasque of France. At one point, The Scarlet King impregnated seven young girls, and each time one of them gave birth, a new monster was born to destroy the world. In some versions of the canon, SCP-682 was one of those monsters. The child of the seventh bride was/is supposed to be powerful enough to destroy the world just by existing. Some versions of the canon say SCP-999 was that child, pretty much just as a massive troll by The Scarlet King, as if to say "You were torturing an innocent little girl over a sentient ball of joy and happiness, dumbasses! HA-HA!" Again, I don't know the full story, only that there are several stories, each one worse than the last. That's SCP for you.
