Genuinely this is an absolutely amazing reaction with plenty if talking and so much personality from the characters I feel like Im falling in love, this deserves so much more love than it has right now. I would however recommend using less generalized reaction, which is what I call reactions that are everyone saying and/or doing the exact same thing. Generalized reactions have the issue of seeming lazy and boring to an audience, at least in my opinion, while also degrading the individualized characters you're trying to portray. Each characters are different and have different sets of emotions. They would respond and act differently according to these emotions. Even with that though, I easily give this a 7/10, In character design, character, personality and reaction quality this video is incredible.

Would it be interesting in showing another reaction of the scp crew for them to basically understand and learn that they (player) Frisk has the power to basically reset everything to a blank state, yet sans (and also gaster) know the feeling when everything reset at some point yet they see glimpse of the memory And that when Chara is at the maximized level they can basically one shot an overpowered character, like even if a character is immortal there is a limit a character can take.
