Normally he just turns up underneath wherever you're standing, but this is a scripted event that happens in that specific corridor, where he turns up in the middle as soon as you walk through the door. That's why every now and then when I walk down that corridor I'll look at the vent in the ceiling to see if he's going to show up..

Alright.. my challenge is "Decay Lover" The rules are : You always must go to 106's Dimension at any possible way. When you will finishing the game 106 Must be RECONTAINED to Complete the challenge you Can't use 1499 And 500/Any insta-heal. And 2nd one "Say NO to Refinery !"
